Vaccination Districts constituted.

ARTHUR GORDON, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in
the Governor by "The Public Health Act,
1876," I, Arthur Hamilton Gordon, the Governor
of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby abolish the
existing vaccination districts known as the Balclutha,
Kaihiku, Clutha, and Popotuna Districts; and do
declare that the territory heretofore comprised within
the said districts is hereby divided anew into four
vaccination districts, the names whereof shall be the
Balclutha, Clutha, Catlin's and Popotuna Districts,
and the boundaries whereof shall be coterminous with
the boundaries of the marriage districts bearing the
same names as are set forth in a Proclamation of even
date herewith, made under the provisions of "The
Marriage Act, 1880."

As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this fifth day of June, one
thousand eight hundred and eighty-two.

Manukau Highway District, County of Waitemata,
constituted.

UNDER and in pursuance of the powers and
authorities vested in me by an Act of the Pro-
vince of Auckland intituled "The Highways Act,
1874," and by "The Abolition of Provinces Act,
1875," I, Arthur Hamilton Gordon, the Governor of
the Colony of New Zealand, hereby notify that I do
hereby create that portion of the Provincial District
of Auckland described in the Schedule hereto a new
highway district, under the said "Highways Act,
1874," by the distinctive name of the Manukau
Highway District, and I declare that the boundaries
of the said district shall be those described in the
Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
BOUNDED generally towards the North-west by the
south-eastern boundaries of Lots Nos. 57, 58, 60, 64,
62, 66, and 67 of the Parish of Karangahape; thence
towards the South-west by the north-eastern boun-
daries of Lots Nos. 67 and 68, and part of the north-
eastern boundary of Lot No. 71, all of the Parish of
Karangahape aforesaid; thence again towards the
North-west by a right line to the south-western angle
of Lot No. 78 of the Parish of Karangahape afore-
said, and by the south-eastern boundaries of Lots
