And I hereby give further notice that I intend to
cause the said estate of the said Judgment Debtor to
be sold by public auction, at the auction-room of
Messrs. Lowes and Irons, in the Town of Masterton,
on Saturday, the 8th day of July, 1882, at the hour
of one in the afternoon, unless the debt and costs be
sooner paid.
The Solicitor for the Execution Creditor is Mr. T.
Hutchison, of Featherston Street, Wellington.

NOTICE OF RESOLUTION TO WIND UP THE MAHU-
RANGI COAL-PROSPECTING COMPANY (LIMITED).
A T a general meeting of the Shareholders of the
above Company, held on the 10th April, 1882,
it was resolved that the Company be voluntarily
wound up, and that Mr. THOMAS SANDERSON be ap-
pointed Liquidator; and at a subsequent meeting,
held on the 25th May, 1882, the above resolutions
were duly confirmed.

I, ALFRED JOHN LEGGATT, M.R.C.S.E., L.S.A.,
now residing in Gisborne, in the Provincial
District of Auckland, hereby give you notice that it
is my intention to apply to you on the 25th day of
June, 1882, to have my name placed on the Medical
Register for the Colony of New Zealand; and that I
have deposited my evidence of qualification for public
inspection in the office of the Registrar-General of the
Colony, at Wellington.

per annum, PAYABLE IN ADVANCE. A less period than
three months cannot be subscribed for.
Single copies of the Gazette, 6d. each.
ADVERTISEMENTS are charged at the uniform rate of 6d.
per line for each insertion.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the
paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible hand.
The number of insertions required must be written across
the face of the advertisement.
Communications should be addressed to the Government
Printer, Wellington, to whom post-office money-orders should
be made payable.
Postage or duty stamps cannot in any case be received in
payment from any place at which post-office orders are issued.
NO ADVERTISEMENT WILL BE INSERTED WITHOUT PREPAY-
MENT BEING MADE.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening
in each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the
Government Printer before 2 o'clock of the day preceding
publication.
Booksellers and Advertising Agents will be allowed a com-
mission at the rate of 5 per cent.
