nance 1871 Amendment Ordinance, 1874," the Dis-
trict Board and ratepayers of the Waitaki Road
District (hereinafter called "the Board") do hereby
ordain and appoint that the offices of the Board shall
be Rooms numbered 3 and 4, in the Waitaki County
Council Chambers, in Thames Street, Oamaru.

Court at the suit of JOHN HILL, the Execution Credi-
tor, I have taken in execution the estate or interest
of ANDREW COCKBURN, the Execution Debtor, in the
under-mentioned lands, namely: (1.) Being an equity
of redemption in all those pieces of land being Sec-
tions numbered respectively 4, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15,
16, 17, 18, 19, 29, 31, and 33, on the plan of the
Manaia Block, in the Wairarapa District; and also
all that part of Section No. 20 on the same plan, con-
taining 52 acres 3 roods and 33 perches; bounded

the South-east by other part of the said Section 7475;
on the South-west by the Waingawa River; on the

plan, 7040 links, excepting thereout 1 acre, part of
