of Elgin Avenue; thence towards the North-north-
east by centre-line of Elgin Avenue to its inter-
section with centre-line of a district road known
as Elgin Road; thence towards the East-south-

thence again towards the North-north-east by centre-
line of Argyle Street to its intersection with centre-

Naseby.—Being all that area situated in the Naseby
Survey District known as the Borough of Naseby.
Bounded towards the North-north-west by Crown
lands, 1782 links; towards the North-east by Crown
lands, 2229 links; towards the East-south-east by
Crown lands, 3790 links; towards the South-south-
east by Crown lands, 1243 links; and towards the
West-south-west by Crown lands, 5644 links.

North-East Valley North.—All that portion of
the Borough of North-East Valley north-east of
a line commencing at a point where the pro-
duction of north-east boundary of Section No. 56
of Block XI., North Harbour and Blueskin Sur-
vey Districts, intersects the middle of road being
boundary of borough; thence following the boun-
dary of said section and its production, crossing
a road-line and following the north-east boun-
dary of Section No. 55 of Block XI. and the
northern and eastern side of a road-line passing
through Section No. 53 to the south-east boundary
of said section; thence by said boundary to Section
No. 17 of Block X.; thence following the south-west

boundary of said section No. 17, crossing a road-line,
and thence following south-west boundary of Section
No. 18; thence following south-west boundary of
Section No. 39 of North-East Valley District; thence
crossing a road-line to the south-west boundary of
Section No. 40; thence following that line to the
southern corner of said section; and thence by a
right line to the boundary of the borough at Trig.
Station E.

North-East Valley West.—That portion of the
Borough of North-East Valley which is bounded
towards the North-East by North-East Valley North
Licensing District; towards the South-east by the
southern side of the North-East Valley Road;
towards the South, West, and North-west by the
boundary of the borough.

North-East Valley East.—That portion of the
Borough of North-East Valley which is not included
in the Licensing Districts of North-East Valley
North and North-East Valley West.

Borough of North Invercargill.—Being all that area
known as the Borough of North Invercargill. Bounded
towards the North by a road-line and Sections Nos. 36,
37, and 38 of Block I., Invercargill Hundred; towards
the East by a road-line and Sections Nos. 35 and 34;
again towards the North by said Section No. 34;
towards the North-east by Section No. 6; towards
the South-east by Sections Nos. 5, 4, and 3, all of
the said Block I. and the Borough of East Inver-
cargill; and, towards the West by the Park Reserve,
being Section No. 22 of Block I. and Section No. 26
of same block.

Oamaru Hull.—Comprises all that area bounded
towards the North-west by a line along the centre of
Severn Street; towards the North by a line along the
centre of Itchen Street; towards the East by a line
along the centre of Wharf Street and its continuation
in a southerly direction to the town boundary; towards
the South by the town boundary; and towards the
South-west by the town boundary.

Oamaru Jetty.—Comprises all that area bounded
towards the North by a line along the centre of Itchen
Street and its continuation in an easterly direction to
the ocean; towards the South and South-east by the
town boundary; and towards the West by Oamaru
Hull Licensing District.

Oamaru Severn.—Comprises all that area bounded
towards the North-west by the town boundary;
towards the South-east by the Oamaru Hull Licensing
District; towards the East by a line along the centre
of Thames Street; and towards the South-west by
the town boundary.

Oamaru Thames.—Comprises all that portion of the
said Town of Oamaru not included in the Licensing
Districts of Oamaru Hull, Oamaru Jetty, and Oamaru
Severn.

Palmerston.—Comprises all that area in the
Borough of Palmerston, bounded towards the North
by Block X., Moeraki Survey District; towards the
East by Block X., Moeraki Survey District; towards
the South by Block II., Hawksbury Survey District,
and Block IV., Moeraki Survey District; towards
the North-west by a line drawn along the middle of
Ronaldsay Street to its intersection by another line
drawn along the middle of Tiverton Street; and
towards the West by last-mentioned line along the
middle of Tiverton Street to the starting point.

Palmerston West.—Comprises all that portion of
the Borough of Palmerston not included in the Pal-
merston Licensing District.

Port Chalmers South.—Comprises all that area
bounded towards the North by a line extending from
Mussel Bay to the boundary-line between Sections
Nos. 176 and 177; thence along the boundary-line
between said sections to Section No. 178; thence
along the boundary-line between Sections Nos. 176
