Invercargill North. - Comprises all that portion of the Borough of Invercargill lying north of a line drawn down the centre of Spey Street, from the east, to the west boundary of the said borough.

Invercargill Second.-Bounded on the North by the Invercargill North Licensing District; on the East by the eastern boundary-line of the Borough of Invercargill to its intersection by a line drawn down the centre of Tay Street; on the South by said line to its intersection by the west boundary-line of Clyde Street produced; thence by a line running along the centre of the Crescent to its intersection by the south boundary-line of Esk Street produced; thence by a line running due west to the Waihopai Estuary; and on the West by the Waihopai Estuary.

Invercargill Third. -Bounded on the North by the Invercargill Second Licensing District; on the East by the eastern boundary-line of the Borough of Invercargill to its intersection by a line drawn down the centre of Teviot Street; on the South by the said line to the east side of Clyde Street produced; on the West by a line produced due north to the south-west corner of Section No. 22, Block XXIX., Borough of Invercargill; again on the South by a line drawn due west across Clyde Street to and by the south boundary-lines of Sections Nos. 18 and 5, Block XVIII., across Liddel Street and by Sections Nos. 18 and 5, Block XVII., across Annan Street to and by Sections Nos. 18 and 5, Block VIII., across Ayr Street to and by a Government reserve to the Waihopai Estuary; and on the West by the Waihopai Estuary.

Invercargill South. - Comprises all that portion of the Borough of Invercargill not included in the Licensing Districts of Invercargill North, Invercargill Second, and Invercargill Third.

Lawrence Central.-Bounded towards the North by the north boundary of the Borough of Lawrence; towards the East by a line running due south to and along the middle of Lancaster Street to its intersection by a line drawn down the middle of Canna Street; thence towards the South by last-mentioned line produced to its intersection by a line drawn down the middle of Peel Street; thence again towards the East by said line drawn down the middle of Peel Street to the southern boundary-line of the Borough of Lawrence aforesaid; again towards the South by said southern boundary-line; and towards the South-west, South-east, again towards the South-west, and the North-west by boundary-lines of said Borough of Lawrence to the starting point.

Lawrence East. - Comprises all the portion of the Borough of Lawrence not included in the Central Licensing District.

Maori Hill North.-Bounded towards the North by a right line due east from Swampy Hill to the north-eastern corner of Section No. 44, Block VIII., North Harbour and Blueskin Suvrey District; thence towards the East and South-east by a line due south to Section No. 55; thence by Sections Nos. 55 and 58, a road-line, Sections Nos. 35, 8, and 7, a road-line, Sections Nos. 5, 6, 14, 17, and 10, a road-line, Sections Nos. 9, 50, 15, 13, and 12, and a road-line, Section No. 68, Block XI., North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District, a road-line, Sections Nos. 70 and 72, the Water of Leith, a road-line, and Section No. 74 to the north-western corner of last-named section; thence towards the north-east by a road-line fronting Sections Nos. 82, 84, 86, 88, 90, 92, and 94, Waikari Survey District, and by part of Block XI., Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District; thence again towards the South-east and South-west by part of said Block XI. to its southernmost angle; thence by Section No. 14, Block II., Upper Kaikurai Survey District; thence again towards the South-west by a road-line fronting Sections Nos. 15, 16, and 17, said Block II.; thence again towards the South-east by Section No. 19, Block IIL, Upper Kaikorai Survey District; thence again towards the South-west by two road-lines and Sections Nos. 104, 10, and 57, Waikari Survey Dis... trict; thence again towards the North-west by Bush Reserve, a road-line, and Sections Nos. 4 of 40, 3 of 40, and 2 of 40; thence again towards the South-west by Sections Nos. 2 of 40, 2 of 38, and 61; and thence again towards the North-west by Sections Nos. 4 of 49, 3 of 49, 50, 51, 1 of 52, and 53, Block V., Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District.

Maori Hill East. - Comprises all that portion of the Borough of Maori Hill not included in the Maori Hill North Licensing District.

Milton East. - Bounded towards the North-east by a district road; towards the South-east by Rural Sections Nos. 136 and 138, Block XVII., Tokomairiro Survey District, to the Tokomairiro River-bank; towards the South-west by the said river-bank to the middle of Main South Road; and towards the North-west by the middle of Main South Road to the starting point.

Milton West. - Comprises all that portion of the Borough of Milton not included in the Milton East Licensing District.

Mornington First.-All that area commencing at a point formed by the intersection of the centre-line of Randall Avenue with the western side of a district road known as Hawthorn Road, and bounded thence towards the South-south-west by a line at right angles to the eastern boundary of Block IX., Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District; thence towards the North-west and West-north-west by the Lower Kaikorai Survey District to the southern angle of Section No. 6, Block V., said district; thence towards the North-north-east by part of said Block IX., a road-line, and Section No. 87, Block VI., Town District; towards the East, South-east, and East-north-east by the Town Belt of Dunedin and Allotments Nos. 1 and 24, Arthur Street, 25 and 43, John Street, and 44, Township of West Dunedin; again towards the North-west by the southern boundary of Section No. 44 to its intersection with centre-line of Glen Avenue; and towards the East-south-east by centre-line of Glen Avenue to its intersection with the centre-line of Argyle Street; again towards the South-south-west by centre-line of Argyle Street to its intersection with centre-line of a district road known as Elgin Road; thence towards the West-north-west by the centre-line of said Elgin Road to its intersection with Elgin Avenue; thence towards the South-south-west by the centre-line of said Elgin Avenue to its intersection with the centre-line of said Randall Avenue; thence towards the South-west by centre-line of said Randall Avenue to the commencing point.

Mornington Second.-All that area commencing at the south-eastern corner of Allotment No. 10, Block II., Township of Mornington, and bounded thence towards the North-north-east and North-east by the Town Belt of Dunedin to the centre of the Main South Road; thence towards the East-south-east and South by the centre of the said Main South Road to the intersection of the western boundary of Section No. 4, Block VI., Town District; thence towards the South-west by the western boundary-line of said Section No. 4 to its westernmost corner; thence towards the South-east by Sections Nos. 5, 6, and 7, a road-line, Sections Nos. 8, 9, 10, and 11, a road-line, Sections Nos. 18, 19, and 22, all of Block VI., Town District; thence towards the West-north-west by the western boundary of Section No. 63 to its north-western corner; thence towards the North-north-west by the north-western boundary of said Section No. 63 to its intersection
