line in the same direction intersecting the Hupenui
Block and Native land to a point where it intersects
the northern boundary of the College land, proceed-
ing from the last-mentioned point by a straight
line in a direction south-westerly by south inter-
secting the College land, crossing a public road
through the Papawai Block, along the south-eastern
boundary of the Powhatu East and the south-eastern
boundary of the Powhatu West to the south-eastern
corner of Powhatu West, proceeding from the last-
mentioned point in a north-westerly direction along
the south-western boundary of Powhatu West to
where it intersects the south-eastern boundary of
Section No. 69, Greytown Rural Lands; from thence
by a straight line in a north-westerly direction inter-
secting said Section No. 69 and Section No. 68, Grey-
town Rural Lands, crossing a public road to the
southern corner of Suburban Section No. 66, Town-
ship of Greytown; from thence in a north-westerly
direction along the south-western boundary of said
Section No. 66 to the western corner of said Section
No. 66; from thence by a straight line in a north-
westerly direction crossing a public road and inter-
secting Sections Nos. 55 and 54, crossing the main
road to the southern corner of Section No. 38, Moroa
Block; from thence along the south-western boundary
of said Section No. 38 to the western corner of said
section; from thence by a straight line in a north-
westerly direction intersecting Section No. 50, Moroa
Block, to the north-eastern corner of Section No. 48,
Moroa Block; thence along the north-eastern boun-
dary of Section No. 48 and part of the north-eastern
boundary of Section No. 47, Moroa Block, to where
it intersects the south-eastern boundary of Section
No. 41, Moroa Block, proceeding from the last-
mentioned point by a straight line in a north-easterly
direction along the south-eastern boundary of said
Section No. 41 to where it intersects the Waiohine
River, from the last-mentioned point by the southern
bauk of the Waiohine River along Sections Nos. 43
and 91, Moroa Block, Sections Nos. 27, 92, 93, 24,
94, 34, 33, 32, 31, 30, 29, and 28, Township of Grey-
town, to where the said river intersects a public road
at the north-eastern corner of Section No. 28, pro-
ceeding from the last-mentioned point by a straight
line along said public road in a south-westerly
direction to a point opposite to the northern corner
of Suburban Section No. 2, Township of Greytown;
thence in a right line to the starting point.

Borough of Masterton. Being all that area known
as the Borough of Masterton, commencing at a point
on the right bank of the Waipoua River bearing
206Β° (Wairarapa Trig.) from the South Base Trig.
Station, and runs thence south-easterly along the
right banks of the Waipoua and Ruamahunga Rivers,
36800 links, to the northern corner of the Pokohiwi
Block; thence south-westerly to the northern corner
of Section No. 117, Masterton Small-Farm Settle-
ment, 5140 links; thence to the southern corner of
Section No. 113, 2559 links, and along the southern
boundary of Section No. 112, 547 links; thence
along the north-eastern boundary of Section No. 33,
Manaia Block, 700, 462, and 278 links, to its eastern
corner; thence along the south-eastern boundary of
said Section No. 33, 4115 links, to a public road;
thence north-westerly along the north side of the
said road, 11640, 9994, and 1346 links, to the south-
western corner of Section No. 52, Manaia Block;
thence northerly along the western boundaries of

Sections Nos. 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, and
61, 5884 links; thence across a public road to the
south-western corner of Section No. 41, Masterton
Small-Farm Settlement; along the north-western
boundary of said section and across a public road,
6402 links, to the south-western boundary of Section
No. 49; thence along the south-western and north-
western boundaries of said section, 97 and 3567
links respectively, to its northern corner; and thence
in a straight line, 7000 links, to the starting point...

Marton. All that area known as the Borough of
Marton. Bounded towards the North by the southern
boundary-lines of Section 80, Block XIV., and
Section 38, Block XV., Wangaehu Survey District;
towards the East by the west bank of the Tutaenui
Stream; towards the South by a public road running
from the said Tutaenui Stream towards the west, and
being the southern boundary of Sections Nos. 13
and 26, Block II., Rangitoto Survey District; thence
towards the West by a public road running at right
angies to the aforesaid road to the southern boun-
dary-line of aforesaid Section No. 80.

Palmerston North. Being all that area known as
the Borough of Palmerston North. Bounded
towards the North-east by a straight line being the
north-eastern boundaries of Sections Nos. 389 and
420, and a straight line joining the said north-eastern
boundaries, 12550 links; towards the East and
South-east by the Manawatu River 36400 links, and
by Section No. 371, 177 links; towards the South-
west by Sections Nos. 371, 372, 373, and 374, 6250.
links, and by Section No. 370, 3000 links, and by
Section No. 350 and across a public road, 8200 links;
and towards the North-west by a public road being
the north-western boundary of Section No. 558, 177
links, and by a public road 23700 links.

NELSON.

Port. Bounded towards the North-east by the
boundary-line of the Borough of Nelson to a point
at which the production of the western side of
Trafalgar Street North intersects said boundary-
line; towards the East by a right line to said side of
Trafalgar Street North, and by said street to Hardy
Street; towards the South by Hardy Street to the
western side of Vanguard Street North; towards the
South-east by last-mentioned street; towards the
South-west by Gloucester Street to the western side
of St. Vincent Street; again towards the South-east
by last-mentioned street to the most southerly corner
of Section No. 630; again towards the South-west
by Sections No. 629 and F1, and the north-eastern
boundary-line of Section F1 produced to the western
side of Quebec Road; again towards the South-east
and South by said road and a right line from the
most westerly corner of Section G1 to the boundary-
line of the borough at the most easterly corner of
Section No. 1, Suburban South Survey District; and
again towards the South-west and towards the West
by boundary-lines of borough.

Wood. All that area bounded towards the North,
North-east, East, North-west, and again towards the
North, and again towards the North-east by the
boundary-lines of the Borough of Nelson to the
Maitai River; again towards the East and towards
the South by the said river to a point on its right
bank at which the production of the northern side of
Hardy Street would intersect it by a right line to
said side of said street, and by said street to Port
Licensing District; and again towards the West by
the said licensing district.

Waimea. All that area bounded towards the.
North by Port Licensing District; towards the
East by Trafalgar Street North to Trafalgar Square;
towards the South, again towards the East, and
again towards the North by said square; again
