DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

CHARLES BONFIELD HOADLEY and JAMES
LYON, both of Napier, Auctioneers, Stock and
Station Agents, carrying on business there under the
firm of "Hoadley and Lyon," have dissolved part-
nership as from this date, the said James Lyon having
retired from the partnership. The business will be
carried on by the said Charles Bonfield Hoadley,
under the name of "Hoadley and Lyon," and the
said Charles Bonfield Hoadley has authority to col-
lect all outstanding debts due to, and will pay all
debts due by, the late firm.

THE FEILDING PUBLIC HALL COMPANY (LIMITED),
IN LIQUIDATION.

AT a general meeting of the shareholders of above
Company, held in the Town Hall, Feilding, on
the 1st May, 1882, at 8 p.m., the following resolution
was carried unanimously: "That this meeting, having
considered the Liquidator's accounts, is of opinion
that the affairs of the Company have been fairly
wound up."

WAIROA SOUTH HIGHWAY DISTRICT.

NOTICE is hereby given by the Wairoa District
Board that, under and by virtue of the powers
vested in them in that behalf by "The Public Works
Act, 1876," it is the intention of the said Board to
take certain land in the said Wairoa Highway Dis-
trict, in the Provincial District of Auckland, to wit,
Part of Lot No. 4 of the Parish of Taupo, in the
said district, now in the occupation of Duncan
McNicol, as the said piece of land intended to be taken
is more particularly shown upon the plans herein-
after referred to, for the purpose of laying out and

making a new road in the said district; and that the
said Board have caused plans to be prepared showing
generally the nature of the said works proposed to
be executed and the lands required to be taken for
the same, together with the names of the owners
and occupiers of the land so far as they can be
ascertained, and that such plans are now deposited
at the residence of Mr. Charles William Stephens, at
Wairoa, in the said district, and are open for inspec-
tion by all persons at all reasonable hours; and
further take notice that all persons affected by the
taking of such land or the execution of the said pro-
posed works are hereby called upon and required to set
forth in writing any well-grounded objections to the
execution of such works or the taking of such land,
and to send such writing within forty days from the
first publication of this notice to the said Board.
