Mining Notices.
I, the undersigned, hereby make application to
register the Hopeful Extended Gold-Mining
Company as a Limited Company under the provisions
of “The Mining Companies Act, 1872.”
-
The name of the Company is to be the Hopeful Ex-
tended Gold-Mining Company (Limited). -
The place of intended operations is on the special claim of
the Hopeful Gold-Mining Company (Limited), Boatman’s Creek,
County of Inangahua, Colony of New Zealand. -
The registered office of the Company will be situated at
Broadway, Reefton, in the county and colony aforesaid. -
The nominal capital of the Company is twenty-four thousand
seven hundred and fifty pounds, in twenty-four thousand seven
hundred and fifty shares of one pound each. -
The number of shares subscribed for is twenty-four thou-
sand six hundred and ninety-nine, being not less than two-thirds
of the entire number of shares in the Company -
The number of paid-up shares is nil.

The amount of capital considered to be paid up is twelve
thousand three hundred and seventy-five pounds. -
The name of the Manager is Patrick Brennan.
