eastern boundaries of said Section No. 11 and of
Section No. 18, Suburban South, and in the same
straight line as the said boundaries to the Pelorus
River; thence by Marlborough County to the southern
boundary of Square No. 18; thence due west to the
River Lee; thence by the middle of the River Lee and
of the River Wairoa to the junction of the Wairoa
and Wai-iti Rivers; thence southward by the middle
of the Wai-iti River to the road between Sections
Nos. 71 and 80, Waimea South; thence in a north-
westerly direction by a straight line to the north-west
angle of Section No. 208; thence in a straight line to
the north-west angle of Section No. 1 of 3, Square 2;
thence between Sections Nos. 17 and 1 of 3 to the
southern corner of Section No. 17; thence by the
western boundary of said section to its western
corner; thence towards the West by a line due north
to the Moutere Licensing District, and by the said
district to starting point: including Rabbit and other
adjacent islands.

Wangamoa. Bounded towards the West and North
by the ocean; towards the East by Sounds County
and Marlborough County; and towards the South-
west by Stoke Licensing District.

Wai-iti. Bounded towards the North-east and
North by Moutere Licensing District and Stoke
Licensing District; towards the East and South-east
by Marlborough County to a point due east of the
southern angle of the Waimea Survey District;
thence due west to the southern angle of the Waimea
Survey District; thence by a right line to the south-
eastern angle of Section No. 29, Square 4; thence
round the southern and western boundaries of that
section to its north-western angle; thence by the
summit of the Wai-iti Hills to Nicholson's Well;
thence by a right line to the north-western angle of
Section No. 135, Square 2; thence by a right line to
the southern corner of Section No. 103, Square 6, on
the boundary of the Moutere Licensing District.

Wangapeka. Bounded towards the North-east by
Moutere and Wai-iti Licensing Districts to the St.
Arnaud Range; towards the East by Marlborough
and Amuri Counties; towards the South-west by
Inangahua County; and towards the North-west by
Buller County.

COLLINGWOOD COUNTY.

Rangiora. Bounded towards the North by the
ocean and Golden Bay to the mouth of the River
Pariwhakaaho, in Section No. 79; thence towards
the East by a line drawn to the summit of Slate
River Peak, and along the watershed to the summit
of Mount Snowdon; towards the South by the
Buller County; and towards the West by the ocean.

Takaka. Bounded towards the North from the
high-water mark of Golden Bay, from the mouth of
the River Pariwhakaaho, in Section No. 79, Square
13, to the boundary of Waimea County, near Adele
Island; towards the East by Waimea County;
towards the South-west by Buller County; and
towards the North-west by the Rangiora Licensing
District.

BULLER COUNTY.

Charleston. Bounded towards the North by the
summit of the watershed between the Okari River
and the Totara River; towards the East by the
Mount Buckland watershed and Inangahua and Grey
Counties; towards the South by Grey County; and
towards the West by the ocean.

Lyell. Bounded towards the North by the summit
of the right watershed of the Lyell River; towards
the East and South by Inangahua County; and
towards the West by the Lyell watershed, before-
mentioned.

Wareatea North. - Bounded towards the North
by the Ngakawau River and a line due east from
its source to the Lyell Licensing District; towards
the East by Lyell Licensing District and Inangahua
County; towards the South by the Buller River; and
towards the West by the ocean.

Wareatea South. - Bounded towards the North by
the Buller River; towards the East by Inangahua
County; towards the South by Charleston Licensing
District; and towards the West and again towards
the North by the ocean.

Karamea. - Bounded towards the North-west and
North by the Collingwood County; towards the East
by the Counties of Waimea and Inangahua; towards
the South by the Lyell and Wareatea North Licensing
Districts; and towards the West by the ocean.

INANGAHUA COUNTY.

Hampden. - Bounded towards the North-east by
Waimea County; towards the South-east by Amuri
County; towards the South by Grey County to
Mount Haast; towards the West by a line along the
summit of the watershed over Mount Burnett, Mount
Victoria, and the Brunner Range to Buller County;
and thence towards the North-west by said county.

Boatman's. - Bounded towards the North-west and
North-east by Buller County; towards the East by
Hampden Licensing District to Mount Victoria;
thence towards the West along the watershed of the
Wharau and Waitahu Rivers and the watershed of
the Waitahu and Boatman's Creek to the Inangahua
River; thence by a line due west to the summit of
the watershed of the Inangahua and Little Grey
Rivers; thence by said watershed of the Inangahua
and Little Grey Rivers over Mount Gore to the Grey
County; thence towards the South-west, South, and
West by Grey County to the Buller County; and
towards the North-west by said Buller County.

Reefton. - Bounded towards the North, East, and
North-east by Boatman's Licensing District to a
point north-east of the confluence of Deadman's
Creek with the Inangahua River; thence south-
westerly to the Inangahua River; thence by Dead-
man's Creek to its source; thence by the summit of
the watershed of the Inangahua River and Black-
man's River to Mount Haast; towards the South by
Grey County; and towards the West by Boatman's
Licensing District.

Murray. - Bounded towards the East by Boatman's
Licensing District; towards the South-east by Hamp-
den Licensing District; and towards the South, West,
and North-west by Reefton Licensing District.

GREY COUNTY.

Cobden. - Bounded on the North by the Buller
County; on the East by Paparoa Mountains and a
straight line to a point in the Grey River one and
a half miles east of the mouth of Coal Creek; thence
towards the South by said Grey River; and towards
the West by the ocean.

Brunnerton. - Bounded towards the West and
North-west by Cobden Licensing District and the
Buller County; on the North-east by Inangahua
County; and on the South-east by the Grey River
and Arnold River; thence by the south-eastern and
western boundaries of Reserve No. 274 to Grey River;
thence by Grey River to Cobden Licensing District.

Paroa. Commencing at the mouth of the Tere-
makau River; thence along the northern bank of
said river a distance of two miles; thence in a straight
line due north to New River; thence following up
course of New River to its junction with the left-
hand branch of New River at Marsden; thence up
said branch to where it meets a straight line drawn
from the junction of Cockabulla Creek and New River
to Rata-Tree Peak, by said line to Rata-Tree Peak;
