BROWER, trading together under the name or style
of "B. S. Williams and Company," at Kalamazoo,
in the United States of America, Manufacturers, to
register, under "The Trade Marks Act, 1866," the
trade mark of which the following is a description,
viz.:-

Description of Trade Mark.
The special and distinctive word "Stover."
Nature of the Article to which it is intended such
Trade Mark shall apply.

NOTICE is hereby given that EDWARD WATERS,
Patent Agent, of Melbourne, in the Colony of
Victoria, has applied, on behalf of JOHN CORBETT,
Member of Parliament, of Stoke Prior Salt-works,
near Bromsgrove, in the County of Worcester, in
England, also trading at 115, Lower Thames Street,
in the City of London, in England aforesaid, under
the style or firm of "Weston and Westall," to
register, under "The Trade Marks Act, 1866," the
trade mark of which the following is a description,
viz.:-

Description of Trade Marks.
No. 1 consists of the representation of a horse
running, surrounded by the words and figures "115,
Lower Thames Street," with two black lines there-
over, and with the words "Salt Warehouse" under
the said horse, and over two other black lines,
thus:-

115, LOWER THAMES STREET,

SALT WAREHOUSE.

No. 2 consists of the representation of a horse's
head, thus:-

No. 3 consists of the representation of an elephant
standing on a crest-roll and bearing a castle, thus :--

No. 4 consists of the representation of a horse
passant, enclosed on the two sides and beneath by an

arch, the ends of which are turned inward forming
knobs; above is the word "London," below are the
words "Factory Filled," all being within a plain-line
circle. Outside and upon the upper half of the circle
is a tablet containing the trade name "Weston &
Westall," thus:-

No. 5 consists of the special and distinctive words
"Corbett's Worcestershire Salt," thus:-

Rules for the Management of the Greytown Cemetery,
County of Wairarapa West.

THE following rules for the management of Grey-
town Cemetery, having been submitted to His
Excellency the Governor in Council, are published
in accordance with "The Cemeteries Management
Act, 1877."

RULES FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF THE GREYTOWN
CEMETERY.

Cemetery Divided.

  1. Such portions of the Greytown Cemetery as
    may from time to time be laid out into blocks shall
    be divided into burial-plots measuring 10 feet by
    5 feet. The following to be the scale of charges:-

Burial-fees. £ s. d.
For every single interment in ordinary
grave or vault ... 1 0 0
For reopening grave or vault for any
interment ... 1 0 0

Exclusive Right of Burial in Perpetuity.
2. Any person desiring to have the exclusive right
of burial in perpetuity in any plot or plots can have
the same on payment to the Trustees of the sum of
£1 sterling per plot, measuring 10 feet by 5 feet, and
for every additional foot 4s., for such right, over and
above the burial-charges.

Ground set aside for Persons who are not Purchasers, and
who have not acquired Right to Private Ground.
3. A portion of the ground shall be set aside for
the interment of such persons as are not purchasers
of, and have not acquired a right to, private ground.
On this ground no fencing or other obstruction
rising more than one foot above the surface shall be
allowed, and no grave shall, under any circumstances,
be opened for a new interment sooner than after the
expiry of five years from the time of the first or last
interment, as the case may be. Flat tombstones will
be allowed on payment of a fee of 10s., and the
friends or relatives of the deceased may acquire the
right to the grave, with the consent of the Trustees,
by paying £1 for the ground, 10 feet by 5 feet, and
for every additional foot 4s.

In certain Cases Fees may be Omitted.
4. The costs and charges of burial of any person
