Waimate.—Bounded towards the East by the
Kawakawa Licensing District, from the Bay of Is-
lands to Whangarei County; thence south-easterly
by the said county and Hobson County to Waima
Licensing District; thence westerly by the Waima
and the Waihou Districts to Whangaroa Licensing
District; thence northerly by said district to the
ocean; thence by the ocean to the starting point.

Russell.—Bounded towards the West, North, and
East by the ocean, from the outlet of the Waikare
River in the Bay of Islands to the northernmost
boundary of the Parua Highway District; thence by
the northern and eastern boundaries of the Parua,
Whareora, Kaurihohore, and Hikurangi Highway
Districts to the middle of the road between Whanga-
rei and Kawakawa; thence by the middle of that
road to the Kawakawa Licensing District; thence
north-easterly and northerly by said district to the
starting point.

WHANGAREI COUNTY.

Hikurangi.—Bounded towards the North-west by
Bay of Islands County; towards the North-east by
Russell Licensing District to the southern boundary
of the Whareora Highway District; thence towards
the South by Parua and Owhiwa. Highway Districts
to the Whangarei Harbour; thence by said harbour
to the south-western boundary of the Maunu High-
way District; thence by the northern and western
boundaries of the Maungakaramea Highway District
to Hobson County; and towards the West by Hob-
son County.

Mangapai.—Bounded towards the North by Hiku-
rangi Licensing District and Whangarei Harbour to
the eastern boundary of the Mangapai Highway
District; towards the East by the Ruakaka and
Waipu Highway Districts; and towards the South
and West by Hobson County.

Manaia.—Bounded towards the North by Hiku-
angi and Ngunguru Licensing Districts; towards
the East by the ocean; towards the South by Wha-
ngarei Harbour; and towards the West by Hiku-
angi Licensing District.

Waipu.—Bounded towards the North by Whanga-
rei Harbour; towards the East by the ocean; towards
the South by Mangawai Licensing District and Hob-
son County; and towards the West by the Mangapai
Licensing District to the place of commencement.

HOBSON COUNTY.

Dargaville.—Bounded towards the East by a right
line from Station 18 (Te Tarai o Rahiri) to Station 41
(Tangihua); thence by the northern boundary-lines
of the Tangihua Block; thence towards the South
by the Tauraroa and Mangonui Rivers, by the
southern boundary of Maungatawhiri Block, by the
eastern and part of the southern boundaries of the
Horehore and Manganahae Blocks to the Wairoa
River; thence easterly by the Wairoa River and the
Kaipara Harbour; thence southerly by the Kaipara
Harbour; thence westerly by the ocean to the
Waima Licensing District, before described; thence
towards the North and North-west by said district
to the starting point.

Okahu.—Bounded towards the North by the Dar-
gaville Licensing District, from the Wairoa River to
the confluence of the Tauraroa and the Mangonui
Rivers; thence southerly by the latter river to its
confluence with the Omaru River; thence up that
river to the easternmost corner of Section No. 87,
Matakohe Survey District; thence by said Section
No. 87 and Sections Nos. 86 and 85 to the middle of a
road fronting Section No. 84; thence by middle of
said road to its intersection with the south-eastern
boundary-line of Section No. 31, Matakohe Survey
District, produced; thence by Sections Nos. 79A and
152 and the north-western boundary-line of the
latter section produced to the Awaroa River; thence
by that river to the Wairoa River; and thence
towards the West by said river to the starting point.

Matakohe.—Bounded towards the West by the
Okahu Licensing District; towards the North-east
by the Mangapai Licensing District to middle of
road fronting Section No. 174, Matakohe Survey
District; thence towards the East by middle of said
road to Section No. 171, said district; thence by
lines so as to include Sections Nos. 139, 142, 143,
149, 147, 146, 166, 165, 163, 162, 32, 12, 9, 1, 2, 3, 4,
5, 6, 30, and 29, Matakohe Survey District, Sections
Nos. 258 and 54, Hukatere Survey District, to the
Wairoa River; and thence towards the West by the
Wairoa River to the starting point.

Paparoa.—Bounded towards the West by the
Matakohe Licensing District; towards the North by
the Mangapai Licensing District to the south-eastern-
most corner of the Mareretu Block; thence southerly
by a right line to the north-eastern corner of Section
No. 42, Matakohe Survey District; and thence by
the south-eastern boundary-lines of Sections Nos. 42,
30, 29, and 28, said district, to the Pahi River;
thence westerly by an arm of Kaipara Harbour to
the starting point.

Wairau.—Bounded towards the North-east by the
Waipu Licensing District, from the south-western
boundary of Mareretu Block to the north-east angle
of the Wairau Block; towards the East by the
eastern boundaries of Wright's and Graham's claims;
towards the South by the southern boundary of
Graham's claim aforesaid and the Otamatea River
to the southern boundary of the Maungaturoto
Block; thence by said block to the eastern boundary
of the Paparoa Licensing District; and towards the
North-west by said district and the Mangapai Licens-
ing District to the starting point.

RODNEY COUNTY.

Albert.—Bounded towards the North by the Parish
of Mangawai, from the Hakaru River eastwards;
thence towards the East and South-east by the Parish
of Arai to the north-west angle of Section No. 104
of the Parish of Oruawharo; thence by the north-
eastern boundary of said Section No. 104 to the
eastern boundary of the Oruawharo Block; thence
towards the South-east by the eastern and south-
eastern boundaries of the said Oruawharo Block to
the centre of the road which forms the south-eastern
boundary of Section No. 9, Otamatea Survey District;
thence by said road to its junction with the road
which forms the south-western boundary of Sections
Nos. 9 and 8 of said district; thence towards the
South-west by the centre of said road to the Para-
heke Native Reserve; thence by part of the southern
and by the eastern boundary of said Native reserve
to the Waireia Creek, and by said creek and the
Wharehine River to Te Tanuka; thence towards the
North-west and West by the waters of the Kaipara
Harbour to the Matakohe Licensing District; and
thence by the said Matakohe Licensing District, the
Paparoa Licensing District, and the Wairau Licens-
ing District to the starting point.

Tauhoa.—Bounded towards the North-east by the
Wharehine River and the Albert Licensing District
before described to the centre of road which forms
the western and south-eastern boundaries of Section
