South-east by a right line crossing a road 100 links
wide to the north-east angle of Section No. 29, Mahu-
rangi Survey District; thence by said Sections Nos.
29, 32, and 31; thence again towards the North-east

the South by a right line including Sections Nos. 52,

Puhoi. Bounded towards the East by the sea,
from Hepburn's Creek in the Mahurangi Harbour
to the Orewa River; towards the South by the
Orewa River aforesaid and Waterloo Creek to the
northern angle of Lot No. 225 of the Parish of
Waiwera; thence by the north-western boundary of
said Lot No. 225, the south-western boundary of Lot
No. 58, the south-eastern boundaries of Allotments
Nos. 49 and 48, and the north-western boundary of
Allotment No. 50, all of the Parish of Waiwera
aforesaid, to the westernmost angle of the lot last
named; thence in a straight line to the south side of
the road at the northern angle of Allotment No. 253
of the Parish of Pukeatua; thence continuing along
the south side of said road which forms the western
boundary of the lot last named, and the north-western
boundaries of Allotments Nos. 252, 251, and 250 of
the Parish aforesaid; thence by the eastern side of
the road which forms the western boundary of Lot
No. 250 before mentioned, and the western boundary
of Allotment No. 249 of the same parish; thence by
the southern side of the road forming the northern
boundary of Allotments Nos. 94, 93, 92, and 91, also
of same parish; thence by the south side of the road
which forms the north-western boundary of Lots
Nos. 89, 88, 87, 86, 85, and 115 of the Parish of

by the north side of the road which forms the north-
western boundary of Allotment No. 52 to the

the western, northern, and eastern boundaries of said

27 aforesaid, and by said road to the Waitoki Stream;
thence by said Waitoki Stream and the western
boundary of the Parish of Waiwera to the southern
boundary of the Puhoi Block; thence by the northern
boundaries of Allotments No. 112 and 111, Parish of
Waiwera; and towards the West by a line forming
the west boundary of the Parish of Puhoi, by the
Tauhoa Licensing District, and by the Mahurangi
Licensing District to the place of commencement.

Mahurangi. Bounded towards the North-east
by the sea, from the south head of Pakiri River
to Hepburn's Creek in the Mahurangi Harbour;
thence towards the South by Sections Nos. 79, 124,
and 169, Mahurangi Survey District, the centre of a
road fronting Sections Nos. 172 and 166 to Section
No. 134, by that section and Sections Nos. 167 and
165 to the north-west angle of last-mentioned section,
said survey district; thence by the Parish of Ahuroa
and the Tauhoa Licensing District before described
to the Mangawai Licensing District; and thence
towards the North-west by the said Mangawai
Licensing District.

Mangawai.-Bounded on the North-east by the
high-water mark of the sea, from Bream Tail, at the
north-west angle of Allotment No. 91 of Waipu, to
the north head of the Pakiri River; thence south-
east by that river, east boundaries of Allotments
Nos. 35 and 36, by Allotments Nos. 46 and 41,
Pakiri Parish, Allotments Nos. 116 and 115, a Govern-
ment reserve, Allotments Nos. 113, 112, and 111, to
the Tamahunga Mountain; thence by a right line to
the Dome; thence by a right line to Paikauri; thence
towards the South-west by the Tauhoa Licensing
District, before described; thence towards the North-
west and South-west by the Albert Licensing District
to the Hakaru; thence towards the West by the
middle of the Hakaru River aforesaid to the south-
western boundary of Allotment No. 122 of the Parish
of Mangawai, and the southern and western boun-
daries of the Marunui Block to its north-western
angle; and towards the North-west by the north-
western boundaries of the Marunui Block aforesaid
to its northernmost angle; thence by a right line to
the northernmost angle of Allotment No. 235 of the
Parish of Mangawai aforesaid, and by part of the
northern boundary of said lot and the Kapawhiti
Range to the crossing thereupon of the road leading
from Mangawai to MacKenzie's Cove; thence by a
right line bearing in a north-easterly direction from
the road aforesaid to the south-eastern angle of
Allotment No. 91, and by the eastern boundary of
the said last-named lot to the sea, the place of
commencement.

WAITEMATA COUNTY.

Ararimu.-Bounded towards the North by the
Makarau and Rauhori Rivers, and by the southern
boundary-lines of Lots Nos. 49, 50, 51, and 52 of the
Parish of Komokoriki; towards the East by the
western boundary-lines of the Parishes of Puhoi and
Waiwera to the Waitoki River; and thence by that
river to its confluence with the Waipapa Stream;
again towards the North by the Waipapa Stream
aforesaid to the eastern boundary of Lot No. 308,
Parish of Pukeatua; again towards the East by the
eastern and southern boundary-lines of Lot No. 308
aforesaid to the Waipuakakahu Stream; thence by
that stream to the north-east corner of Lot No. 34 of
the Parish of Pukeatua aforesaid; thence by the
eastern boundary-lines of Lots Nos. 34, 33, 32, 31,
30, 38, and 36 of the said parish; towards the South
by the southern boundary-lines of Lots Nos. 36 and
35 of the said parish; thence by a right line from the
south-west corner of Lot No. 35 aforesaid to the
south-east corner of Lot No. 56 of the Parish of
Ararimu; thence by the southern boundary-lines of
Lots Nos. 56 and 57 of the aforesaid parish, by a
road, and by the southern boundary-lines of Lot
