IN pursuance of the powers and authorities vested
in me by the seventy-fifth section of "The Land
Act, 1877," I, Arthur Hamilton Gordon, the Governor
of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
HENRY CLARK, Esq.,
JAMES GREEN, Esq., and
WILLIAM ARTHUR, Esq.,
to be Commissioners for the purpose of classifying
the lands reserved from runs in the Provincial Dis-
trict of Otago which are proposed for settlement.
