the same a little more or less, being Lots marked
251, 252, and the south-western moiety of Lots
marked 253 and 254 on a private plan No. 352, cer-
tificate of title, Vol. lxi., folio 120, together with erec-
tions thereon, has been taken in execution at the suit
of the said John Boyes, the Execution Creditor;
and that it is intended to cause the same to be sold
by public auction, by Mr. Moss Jonas, at his auction-
rooms, in the Town of Timaru, on Monday, the 17th
day of April next, at 2 p.m., unless the judgment
debt and the cost and expenses of and incidental to
this execution be previously paid and satisfied; and
that the aforesaid sale is advertised under the
authority of Joseph Beswick, Esq., Sheriff of the
District of Timaru.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership here-
tofore subsisting between us, the undersigned,
ROBERT CAMPBELL, WILLIAM HENRY CAMPBELL, and
ROBERT CAMPBELL the younger, lately carrying on
business at Dunedin, in New Zealand, under the
style or firm of "R. Campbell, jun., and Co.," has
been dissolved by mutual consent, and that all debts
and other moneys due, receivable, or payable to or by
our said firm are to be paid or received, as the case
may be, to or by Mr. ALEXANDER CAMPBELL BEGG,
of Dunedin, New Zealand, our agent and repre-
sentative in that behalf.

SUBSCRIPTIONS.—The subscription is at the rate of £2
per annum, PAYABLE IN ADVANCE. A less period than
three months cannot be subscribed for.
Single copies of the Gazette, 6d. each.

ADVERTISEMENTS are charged at the uniform rate of 6d.
per line for each insertion.

All advertisements should be written on one side of the
paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible hand.
The number of insertions required must be written across
the face of the advertisement.

Communications should be addressed to the Government
Printer, Wellington, to whom post-office money-orders should
be made payable.

Postage or duty stamps cannot in any case be received in
payment from any place at which post-office orders are issued.
NO ADVERTISEMENT WILL BE INSERTED WITHOUT PREPAY-
MENT BEING MADE.

The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening
in each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the
Government Printer before 2 o'clock of the day preceding
publication.

Booksellers and Advertising Agents will be allowed a com-
mission at the rate of 5 per cent.
