SUPPLEMENT
TO THE
NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE
OF THURSDAY, MARCH 30, 1882.

WELLINGTON, SATURDAY, APRIL 1, 1882.

ON consideration of the application of Hirini Whanga in this behalf, dated the 4th day of January, 1882
and received by me on the 23rd day of January, 1882, I hereby, in pursuance of the authority given
to me by "The Native Land Court Act, 1880," order that the claim to the block of land called Opoho, in
the District of Hawke's Bay, which was decided by the Native Land Court at Te Wairoa, on the 10th day
of December last, shall be reheard by the said Court at Te Wairoa aforesaid on the 1st day of May, 1882.

HAVING considered the application of Te Pokiha Taranui and others in this behalf, dated the 21st day of
October last, and received by me on the 27th day of the said month, for the rehearing of a claim
to the block of land called Pokohu, in the District of Bay of Plenty, which was decided by the Native
Land Court at Whakatane, on the 20th and 21st days of October, 1881, I hereby, in pursuance of the
authority given to me by "The Native Land Court Act, 1880," dismiss the same.
