I, the undersigned, hereby make application to
register the Star of the South Gold-Mining
Company (Limited) as a Limited Company under
the provisions of "The Mining Companies Act,
1872."
- The name of the Company is to be the Star of the South
Gold-Mining Company (Limited). - The place of intended operations is at Boatman's, County
of Inangahua, New Zealand. - The registered office of the Company will be situated at
Broadway, Reefton, County of Inangahua, New Zealand. - The nominal capital of the Company is twenty-four
thousand pounds, in twenty-four thousand shares of one pound
each, ten shillings of which is considered as paid-up capital. - The number of shares subscribed for is twenty-four thou-
sand, being the whole of the shares in the Company. - The amount already paid up is twelve thousand pounds.
- The number of paid-up shares is nil.
- The name of the Manager is George Charles Bowman.
- The names, addresses, and occupations of the shareholders,
and the number of shares held by each at this date, are as
