very broken, mixed bush, soil fair; 169, undulating,
about 10 acres swampy, good soil.

tion at this office.

Terms of sale: One-fourth of purchase-money to
be paid at time of sale, and the balance within one
month thereafter, otherwise the part of the purchase-
money paid by way of deposit shall be forfeited, and
the contract for the sale of the land shall henceforth
be null and void.

Crown-grant fee to be paid on completion of
purchase.

containing 20 acres, known as the Hot-Springs
Reserve at Te Aroha.

O'Halloran's Hotel, Te Aroha; and at Mr. Missen's
