to be the Returning Officer to conduct the first
election of five Commissioners for the Town District
of Normanby, as constituted under "The Town
Districts Act, 1881;" also to appoint Wednesday,
the 12th April, 1882, as the time, and the Town Hall,
Normanby, as the place, at which such first elections
shall be held; also to appoint Saturday, the 15th
April, 1882, at noon, at the said Town Hall, Nor-
manby, to be the time and place for the first meeting
of the Commissioners.
