Hoani Puauea, Wiremu Hapi- mana, Aterea, and Mahue Henare te Pukuatua, Nataria Henare Pukuatua, Kataraina Huhua Kaihihi, near Tarawera Horohoro and Patetere, near Rotorua Commence at Ngatitiaterangi, proceed, Puke- wharangi, Ngakiatehora, turn to the north- east, and along the stream of Houru to the Kaituna stream, Pukemotiti, and along the boundary of Paengaroa, on the southern side, Te Waiwhakareto, as far as the stream of Kaikokopu; turn southward, proceed along the river of Pokapoka as far as Te Karaka, pass Lake Te Rotoiti, Otaramarae, Te Tarao- temarama, as far as Te Wairere, Parangihia, and on to Te Rotoiti, cross to the other side of Te Rotoiti, along the other side of Te Rotoiti, Wharetata, Waikarangatia; face the south, Ngapou, Te Maupo; turn to the south, Waihinahina, Whakapoungakau, turn north- ward, Rotokawau, Te Mimiokakahi, Te Onepu, Pukarete, and on to Lake Rotorua; turn to the north-east, and close up to Ngatitia- terangi.
