Notice of Time and Place for Inspecting Plan after Interlocutory Order.
TE PATEHE BLOCK.
Native Land Court Office,
Auckland, 28th February, 1882.
WHEREAS at a Court held at Tapuaeharuru, Taupo, on the 11th day of April, 1881, and following days,
an order was made respecting the aforesaid block of land, that the names of Rawiri Kahia and others
should be registered as the owners thereof, and that a certificate of their title thereto should be made and
issued when a proper survey should be made: Now notice is hereby given that the plan of such survey
will be deposited for inspection at the Courthouse of the Resident Magistrate, Taupo, on the 20th day of
March, 1882, for a period of seven days.
If any person is desirous of making objections to the boundaries of the said block as defined by the
said plan, he must give notice thereof to me, stating the grounds of his objection, before the 10th day of
April next.
