HAVING considered the application of Mehaka Te Kopunamu and others in this behalf, dated the 13th
day of October, 1881, and received by me on the 27th day of October 1881, for the rehearing of a
claim to the block of land called Matahina, in the District of Bay of Plenty, which was decided by the
Native Land Court at Whakatane, on the 19th day of October, 1881, I hereby, in pursuance of the authority
given to me by "The Native Land Court Act, 1880," dismiss the same.

KUA ata whakaarohia e ahau te tono a Mehaka Te Kopounamu me tetahi atu, mo te whakawa tuarua o
Matabina, i te takiwa o Pei o Pereti, he mea tuhituhi mai taua tono i te 13 o nga ra o Oketopa, 1881,
tae mai nei ki ahau i te 27 o nga ra o Oketopa, 1881, i whakawakia taua whenua e te Kooti Whenua
Maori ki Whakatane, i te 19 o nga ra o Oketopa, 1881, a i runga i te mana kua homai nei ki ahau e te "Ture
Kooti Whenua Maori, 1880," ka whakakorea e ahau taua tono.

HAVING considered the application of Te Raiti Te Hiwi and others in this behalf, dated the 10th day of
November, 1881, and received by me on the 25th day of November, 1881, for the rehearing of a
claim to the block of land called Te Moutere, in the District of Otaki, which was decided by the Native
Land Court at Otaki on the 27th day of October, 1881, I hereby, in pursuance of the authority given
to me by "The Native Land Court Act, 1880," cismiss the same.

Otaki, i te 27 o nga ra o Oketopa, 1881, a i runga i te mana kua homai nei ki ahau e te "Ture Kooti
Whenua Maori, 1880," ka whakakorea e ahau taua tono.
