pany as a Limited Company under the provisions
of "The Mining Companies Act, 1872."

  1. The name of the Company is to be the Time Will Tell
    Quartz-Mining Company (Limited).

    Lyell, County of Buller, Colony of New Zealand.

(LIMITED).

A general extraordinary meeting of the Share-
holders of this Company, held on Wednesday,
the 1st day of March, 1882, in the Large Room in the
New Zealand Insurance Company's Buildings, Queen
Street, Auckland, the following special resolutions
were duly passed, viz.:---
"That the Union Beach Gold-Mining Company
(Limited) be wound up voluntarily."
