HAVING considered the application of Wata Karehuka and another in this behalf, dated the 12th day
of December, 1881, and received by me on the 21st day of December, 1881, for the rehearing of a
claim to the block of land called Ohuia No. 2, in the District of Hawke's Bay, which was decided by the
Native Land Court at Te Wairoa on the 7th day of December, 1881, I hereby, in pursuance of the
authority given to me by "The Native Land Court Act, 1880," dismiss the same.
