NOTICE is hereby given that the rehearing of the Rangipo Waiu Block will take place at a sitting of
this Court to be held at Upokongaro, Whanganui, on the 15th day of March next.

HAVING considered the application of Kereama Kaipara and others in this behalf, dated the 1st day of
December, 1881, and received by me on the 14th day of December 1881, for the rehearing of a claim
to the block of land called Puketauhinu, in the District of Bay of Plenty, which was decided by the
Native Land Court at Opotiki, on the 8th day of December, 1881, I hereby, in pursuance of the authority
given to me by "The Native Land Court Act, 1880," dismiss the same.

claim to the block of land called Whitikau No. 1 in the District of Bay of Plenty, which was decided by
the Native Land Court at Opotiki on the 16th day of December, 1881, I hereby, in pursuance of the
authority given to me by "The Native Land Court Act, 1880," cismiss the same.
