as a Limited Company under the provisions of "The

- The name of the Company is to be the Maruia Gold-
Mining Company (Limited). - The place of intended operations is at the gold-mining
lease known as the Maruia, situated on the Alpine Range,
Lyell, County of Buller, and Colony of New Zealand. - The registered office of the Company will be in Broadway,
Reefton, in the County of Inangahua and colony aforesaid. - The nominal capital of the Company is twenty-four
thousand pounds, in twenty-four thousand shares of one pound
each. - The number of shares subscribed for is twenty-four
thousand, being the entire number of shares in the Company. - The number of paid-up shares is nil.
- The amount of capital considered to be paid up is twelve
