register the Lucky Hit Gold-Mining Com-
pany as a Limited Company under the provisions of
"The Mining Companies Act, 1872."

  1. The name of the Company is to be the Lucky Hit
    Gold-Mining Company (Limited).
  2. The place of intended operations is at the gold-mining
    lease south of and adjoining the ground of the South Hopeful
    Gold-Mining Company (Limited), Boatman's Creek, in the
    County of Inangahua, Colony of New Zealand.
  3. The registered office of the Company will be in Broadway,
    Reefton, in the county and colony aforesaid.
  4. The nominal capital of the Company is twenty-four
    thousand pounds, in twenty-four thousand shares of one pound
    each.
