tions against such lease.

fore the 2nd day of March, 1882.

"The Mines Act, 1877," and with the regulations
made under that Act for the granting of leases for
gold-mining purposes, it is hereby notified that it is
intended to grant a lease of Crown lands for gold-
mining purposes to the applicants specified in the
annexed Schedule, unless there shall be valid objec-
tions against such lease.

the expiration of thirty days from the publication
of this notice, to grant a lease for coal-mining
purposes to the applicants and for the land specified
in the Schedule hereto.

in connection therewith, can be seen at the Crown
Lands Office, Dunedin.
