NOTICE.
Native Land Court Office,
Auckland, 1st February, 1882.
ON consideration of the application of Hoana Hautapu and others in this behalf, dated the 3rd day of
September, 1881, and received by me on the 13th day of September, 1881, I hereby, in pursuance of
the authority given to me by "The Native Land Court Act, 1880," and "The Native Land Acts Amendment
Act, 1881," order that the claim to a block of land called Kouraateuwhi No. 1, in the District of Poverty
Bay, which was decided by the Native Land Court at Uawa, on the 18th day of July, 1881, shall be reheard
by the said Court at Uawa, on the 15th day of March, 1882.
