HAVING considered the application of Hunia Te Hana and others in this behalf, dated the 10th day of
September, 1881, and received by me on the 3rd day of October, 1881, for the rehearing of a claim
to the block of land called Section No. 52, Town of Otaki, in the District of Otaki, which was decided by
the Native Land Court at Otaki, on the 8th day of September, 1881, I hereby, in pursuance of the authority
given to me by "The Native Land Court Act, 1880," dismiss the same.

Maori ki Otaki, i te 8 o nga ra o Hepetema, 1881, a i runga i te mana kua homai nei ki ahau e "Te Ture
Kooti Whenua Maori, 1880," ka whakakorea e ahau taua tono.

HAVING considered the application of Te Warihi Makitaunu and another in this behalf, dated the 22nd
day of July, 1881, and received by me on the 6th day of August, 1881, for the rehearing of a claim
to the block of land called Waihunuhunukuri No. 1, in the District of Rotorua, which was decided by the
Native Land Court at Ohinemutu on the 9th day of July, 1881, I hereby, in pursuance of the authority
given to me by "The Native Land Court Act, 1880," dismiss the same.
