Taken before me, at Reefton, this 26th day of

I, the undersigned, hereby make application
register the Zealandia Gold-Mining Company
as a Limited Company under the provisions of "The
Mining Companies Act, 1872."
- The name of the Company is to be the Zealandia Gold-
Mining Company (Limited). - The place of operations is at Coromandel, Coromandel
Gold Field. - The registered office of the Company will be situated at
Auckland. - The nominal capital of the Company is twelve thousand
five hundred pounds. - The number of shares subscribed for is twelve thousand
five hundred, being the entire number of shares in the Com-
pany. - The number of paid-up shares is nil.
- The amount already paid up is nil.
- The name of the Manager is John Richard Randerson.
- The names, addresses, and occupations of the shareholders,
and the number of shares held by each at this date, are as
follow :-

General Assembly of New Zealand intituled "The
Justices of the Peace Act, 1866."

register the Iona Gold-Mining Company
as a
Limited Company under the provisions of "The
Mining Companies Act, 1872."

Company (Limited). -
The place of operations is at Kapanga, Coromandel.

The registered office of the Company will be situated at
Coromandel. -
The nominal capital of the Company is twelve thou-
sand pounds, in twelve thousand shares of one pound each. -
The number of shares subscribed for is twelve thousand,
being not less than two-thirds of the entire number of shares in
the Company. -
The number of paid-up shares is nil.

The name of the Manager is William Horne.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Copartnership
carried on for some time past by JOHN WILLIAM
WHITE and ANDREW JAMESON, under the firm of
"White and Jameson," Barristers, Solicitors, and
Notaries Public, was this day dissolved by mutual
consent. Mr. White and Mr. Jameson will in future
carry on separate business.
Mr. White's business will be conducted at his
offices, Main South Road, Timaru.
Mr. Jameson's business will be conducted at his
temporary offices, corner of Beswick Street and
Main South Road.

THE NEW ZEALAND LAND AND LOAN COMPANY
(LIMITED).
NOTICE is hereby given that, at an extraordinary
general meeting of the Shareholders of the
above-named Company, held at the office of the Com-
pany, Brandon Street, Wellington, on the 7th day of
February, 1882, notice of which was duly given, the
special resolution passed at an extraordinary general
meeting of the Shareholders, held on the 30th day of
December, 1881, viz., "That the Company be wound
up voluntarily, and that Messrs. John Mackenzie,
James Burns, John Scott, Robert Greenfield, and
C. Julius Toxward be appointed Liquidators for that
purpose," was duly confirmed.
