Gold Fields Mining District, and all other persons
whom it may concern.
TAKE notice that it is intended to construct a
Water-race and divert water, pursuant to the
provisions of section 31 of "The Mines Act, 1877,"
commencing at a point at the Upper Gorge of the
Manuherika River, and terminating at the Lower
Gorge on Black's Flat, with an ana branch running
through my claim, certificate No. 22108, on Brandy
Hill, Black's.
