THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

A part or the whole of these charges will be re-
mitted by the Trustees on receipt of satisfactory
proof that there are no funds applicable, and that no
competent person is liable for the payment.
7. Orders for interment, giving the name, age, and
denomination of the deceased, with the name of the
officiating minister, date of funeral, and number of
burial-plot, must be given to the sexton at least
twelve working hours prior to the funeral, otherwise
an extra charge of 5s. will be made.
8. All monuments, graves, and grave-stones must
be kept in repair and proper condition by and at the
expense of the owners, and any person or persons
wishing to purchase a burial-plot or burial-plots in
any part of the cemetery not then plotted must pay
all the costs of survey by a qualified person.
9. All charges made for any matter or thing re-
lating to the cemetery shall be paid for in advance.
10. A sexton will from time to time be appointed
by the Trustees, whose duty it will be to dig and
dress all graves required in the cemetery, and no
other person will be allowed to dig any grave therein
without express permission in writing from the
Trustees.

FORM OF GRANT.

GRANT of Exclusive Right of Burial in perpetuity in the Kai-
koura Suburban Public Cemetery, County of Kaikoura, issued
under the provisions of "The Cemeteries Management Act,
1877," and subject to the provisions of any Rules and Regula-
tions now or which may hereafter be passed and gazetted
relating to the said Cemetery.

IN consideration of the sum of Β£1 1s. sterling, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, we, the undersigned
Trustees of the Kaikoura Suburban Public Cemetery, hereby
grant unto , of , the exclusive right of burial
in perpetuity in the plot of ground numbered on the
plan of the said cemetery.
Witness our hands this day of , 188 .

FORM OF TRANSFER.

THE within grant of exclusive right of burial in perpetuity in
the Kaikoura Suburban Public Cemetery has been duly trans-
ferred to the under-mentioned parties, by permission of the
Trustees of the said cemetery, on the days and dates hereunder
