I, the undersigned, hereby make application to
register the Republic Quartz-Mining Company
as a Limited Company under the provisions of "The
Mining Companies Act, 1872."
-
The name of the Company is to be the Republic Quartz-
Mining Company (Limited). -
The place of operations is at New Creek, in the Orikaka
Survey District, in the Land District of Nelson, being near
Lyell, in the County of Buller, in the Colony of New Zealand. -
The registered office of the Company will be situated at
Lyell aforesaid. -
The nominal capital of the Company is twenty-four
thousand pounds, in twenty-four thousand shares of one pound
each, and upon each of which the sum of ten shillings per share
is to be considered paid up. -
The number of shares subscribed for is the whole, being
twenty-four thousand. -
The number of paid-up shares is nil.

The amount already paid up is twelve thousand pounds.

The name of the Manager is James Frederick Clark.

pany as a Limited Company under the provisions of
"The Mining Companies Act, 1872."

Mining Company (Limited). -
