Vesting a Reserve in the Waitahuna Farmers' Club
(Incorporated).

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this
sixteenth day of December, 1882.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE
GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule
hereto was reserved for an Agricultural and
Pastoral Society's show-ground: And whereas, in the
opinion of the Administrator of the Government, it
is expedient to vest the said land in the Waitahuna
Farmers' Club (Incorporated):
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government of the Colony of New Zealand,
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council of the said colony, and in exercise of the
powers and authorities vested in him by section four
of "The Public Reserves Act, 1881," doth hereby
declare that, from and after the day of the date
hereof, the said reserve shall become vested in the
Waitahuna Farmers' Club (Incorporated), in trust
for a pastoral and agricultural show-ground.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land in the Provincial District
of Otago, containing by admeasurement 4 acres
2 roods 9.5 perches, situate in the Township of
Havelock, and being Sections numbered respectively
1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18,
and 19 of Block XII. of said township. Bounded
towards the North-west by Fordhall Street, 496.83
links; towards the North-east by Roker Street
924.4 links, also by Section No. 3 of same block
250 links; towards the South-east by Sunderland
Street 400 links, also by Section No. 3 of said
Block XII. 100 links; towards the South-west by
Lumley Street 1007.3 links, also by Section No. 3
of said Block XII. 250 links: be all the aforesaid
linkages more or less.

whereas, in the opinion of the Administrator of the
Government, it is expedient to vest the said land in
the Chairman, Councillors, and inhabitants of the
Bruce County.
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government of the Colony of New Zealand, by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council of the said colony, and in exercise of the
powers and authorities vested in him by section four
of "The Public Reserves Act, 1881," doth hereby
declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof,
the said reserve shall become vested in the Chairman,

trust for a gravel-pit.
SCHEDULE.
All that parcel of land in the Provincial District
of Otago, containing by admeasurement 11 acres 3
roods 37 perches, more or less, situate in the
Clarendon District, and being Section No. 20 of
Block III. of said district. Bounded towards the
North-east by Section No. 1 of 17 of same block,
1350 links; towards the South-east by a road-line
and part of Section No. 2 of 16 of same block, 1700
links; towords the. South-west by a road-line, 204
links; towards the North-west by Section No. 17 of
Block II., Waihola District, 2000 links: be all the
aforesaid linkages more or less, and intersected by a
road-line 50 links wide.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this
sixteenth day of December, 1882.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE
GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL.
IN exercise and pursuance of the powers and au-
thority vested in him by "The Public Domains
Act, 1881," His Excellency the Administrator of the
Government of the colony, by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby
revoke a certain Order in Council dated the four-
teenth day of December, one thousand eight hundred
and eighty, making delegation of certain powers in
manner as therein appears, and doth, with the like
advice and consent, by this present order, delegate,
but only with respect to the piece or parcel of land
described in the Schedule hereto, all the powers con-
ferred by the Act aforesaid, except the powers under
or conferred by sections five and twelve thereof, to
the under-mentioned persons, who shall be known as
the Sheffield Domain Board:-
