- Notice of the intention to erect ironworks and
claim the bonus must be given to the Colonial Secre-
tary before the 31st December, 1882. - The bonus must be claimed before the 31st De-
cember, 1883. - In the event of more than one claimant giving
such notice, not more than seven-tenths of the bonus
may be claimed by the first producer, and not more
than three-tenths by the second producer; but if
only one claimant becomes a producer on the above
conditions, he may claim the whole of the bonus. - The iron in respect of which any bonus is
claimed, and the ore from which it is manufactured,
will be examined by an officer to be appointed by the
Government, who may require the production of
bond fide account sales of quantities not less than
100 tons weight, showing that such iron has been
sold at a fair market price as pig-iron.

Approving Warehouse for the Manufacturing of
Perfumery, &c.
CUSTOMS. In exercise of the powers in me
for this purpose vested by "The Customs Laws
Consolidation Act, 1882," I, the Commissioner of
Trade and Customs, do hereby approve and appoint
the under-mentioned building to be a warehouse or
place of security for the manufacture therein of per-
fumery and other articles in which spirit is a neces-
sary ingredient, viz. :-
Port of Dunedin.
A brick building, situate in Great King Street, on
Section 26, Block XXI., in the City of Dunedin,
on the premises of Messrs. M. Bardsley and Son.
Given under my hand, at Wellington, this
twelfth day of December, one thousand
eight hundred and eighty-two.

Revocation of Appointment of Bonding Warehouse.
CUSTOMS. In exercise of the authority in me
for this purpose vested, I, the Commissioner of
Trade and Customs, do, by this order under my hand,
revoke and annul the appointment of the under-
mentioned building as a warehouse for the reception
and security of goods entered to be warehoused with-
out payment of duty upon the first entry thereof,
viz.:-
Port of Dunedin.
A portion of the cellar of a brick building situate
in Bond Street, on part of Section No. 9, reserve
between Jetty and Liverpool Streets, and known as
MACKERRAS AND HAZLETT'S BOND.
Given under my hand, at Wellington, this
thirteenth day of December, one thousand
eight hundred and eighty-two.

unavoidable circumstances, the light-vessel will not
be removed until February, 1883.
