IT is hereby notified that, under the provisions of
"The Public Health Act, 1876," His Excellency
the Governor has been pleased to appoint

CHARLES NAPIER MCMURDO, Esq.,
to be a Public Vaccinator for the Districts of Albert-
land and Mangawai, and also to be an additional
Public Vaccinator for the District of Waiwera, to
perform gratuitous vaccination in accordance with
the provisions of the said Act and any regulations
made or to be made thereunder.
