At the Government House, at Wellington, this
first day of November, 1881.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
N exercise and in pursuance of all powers vested
I in him by "The Property Assessment Act
[No. 91.
1879," "The Property Assessment Act Amendment
Act, 1880," and "The Property Assessment Act
Amendment Act, 1881," and all other powers and
authorities in that behalf enabling him, the Governor
of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council of the
said colony, doth hereby make the following regu-
lations for the purposes of the said Acts, to take
effect from the date of the gazetting hereof, that is
to say,-
The form of demand in writing referred to in
the third paragraph of the ninth section of "The
Property Assessment Act Amendment Act, 1881,"
shall be that set forth in the Schedule A hereto.
The form of statement of property required by
the said Acts to be made by persons owning, or
trustees or agents for, any property in the colony
shall be that set forth in the Schedule B hereto, in
lieu of that hitherto in use.
The form of statement required to be made under
the said Acts on behalf of insurance companies shall
be that set forth in the Schedule C hereto, in lieu of
that hitherto in use.
