Survey District of Mangonui, Provincial District of
Auckland, being portion of the grant to J. P. Lloyd,
is deposited for inspection at the house of William
Garton, at the Hihi, in the Oruaiti Highway District.
The general description of works proposed to be
executed is to form a new line of road, 100 links
wide, from Mangonui Harbour to Doubtless Bay.
The land required to be taken is bounded generally
from peg No. 25, Mangonui Harbour, by a line
north-east, 1200 links; thence by lines north-west,
400 links, 740 links, and 100 links, respectively, to
peg 29, Doubtless Bay; thence by high-water mark
and Doubtless Bay, 100 links; thence returning by
other side of said road by lines running south-east,
1000 links, 740 links, and 400 links, respectively;
thence by a line running south-west, 1200 links;
thence by high-water mark and Mangonui Harbour,
100 links, to the commencing point. Containing by
measurement three acres one rood and fifteen per-
ches (3a. 1r. 15p.)
All persons affected by the proposed road are
hereby called upon and required to set forth in
writing any well-grounded objection to the execution
of such works or the taking of such land, and to
send such writing within forty days from the first
publication of this notice to the said Mangonui
County Council.

MANCHESTER HIGHWAY BOARD.

OTICE is hereby given that the plan of a road
from Gillett's Line, commonly known as the
Tauranga Road, through Sections 9, 8, and 7, Sub-
division B, Manchester Block, starting at a point
on the northern side of Gillett's Line, opposite to
Suburban North Section No. 6, Halcombe, and ter-
minating at a point on the northern boundary of
Section 7, Subdivision B, Manchester Block, from
which the necessary land is proposed to be taken, is
deposited at the Manchester Highway Board Office,
Feilding, for inspection at all reasonable hours; such
road being 1 chain in width, and about 121 chains
44 links in length.
All persons affected by the taking of the said land
are hereby notified that they must set forth in
writing and send any well-grounded objection (not
being claims for which due compensation is provided
under Part III. of "The Public Works Act, 1876")
to the taking of such land within forty days from
the 19th January, 1881, to the Chairman of the
Manchester Highway Board, at Feilding.

OTICE is hereby given that the Partnership
which has for some time past been carried on
by John Anthony Ralph and William Henry
Mitchell Lovell, under the firm of "Ralph and
Lovell," at Huntly, in the Provincial District of
Auckland, in the trade or business of General Store-
keepers, was this day dissolved by mutual consent.
