NOTICE is hereby given that the several parcels of
land hereinafter described will be brought
under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870," unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same
within one month from the date of the gazetting of
this notice.

BAR FRASER, of East Invercargill, Settler,

200 acres, more or less, being the land referred to in
the receipt of the Receiver of Land Revenue, regis-

NOTICE is hereby given that all that piece of land
containing by admeasurement 105 acres, more
or less, and being Section No. 132, Ormondville
Special Settlement, in the Provincial District of
Hawke's Bay, is offered for sale; and further, that,
unless within one calendar month from the date of
the Gazette containing this notice a sufficient amount
shall have been realized by the sale of the said land
to satisfy the principal moneys and interest due on
a certain memorandum of mortgage, registered in
this office as No. 674; from one JOSEPH RICH-
ARDS to one JAMES THOMPSON, and incidental
expenses, an order will be issued by me pursuant to
section 127 of "The Land Transfer Act, 1870," fore-
closing the right of the mortgagor to redeem the said
land.
