ON consideration of the application of Paora Tahurinuiwaka and others in this behalf, dated the 5th day
of June last, and received by me on the 18th of that month, I hereby, in pursuance of the authority
given to me by "The Native Land Court Act, 1880," order that the claim to the block of land called
Wairakei, in the district of Taupo, which was decided by the Native Land Court at Tapuaeharuru, on the
4th day of June last, shall be reheard by the said Court at Tapuaeharuru, Taupo, on the 21st day of
January, 1882.

tetahi piihi whenua, ko Wairakei te ingoa, kei te takiwa o Taupo, i whakawakia e te Kooti Whenua Maori
ki Tapuaeharuru i te 4 o nga ra o Hune, 1881, me whakawa hou ano ki te aroaro o taua Kooti ki Tapuae-
haruru, Taupo, a te 21 o nga ra o Hanuere, 1882.

June, 1881, and received by me on the 1st day of July last, I hereby, in pursuance of the authority
given to me by "The Native Land Court Act, 1880," order that the claim to the block of land called
Wairakei, in the district of Taupo, which was decided by the Native Land Court at Tapuaeharuru, on the
4th day of June last, shall be reheard by the said Court at Tapuaeharuru aforesaid, on the 21st day of
January, 1882.
