ON consideration of the application of Erueti Tipoki and others in this behalf, dated 10th June, 1881,
and received by me on the 18th of that month, I hereby, in pursuance of the authority given to
me by "The Native Land Court Act, 1880," order that the claim to the block of land called Wairakei, in the
district of Taupo, which was decided by the Native Land Court at Tapuaeharuru, on the 4th day of June
last, shall be reheard by the said Court at Tapuaeharuru, Taupo, on the 21st day of January, 1882.

Tapuaeharuru, i te 4 o nga ra o Hune, 1881, me whakawa hou ano ki te aroaro o taua Kooti ki Tapuaeharuru,
Taupo, a te 21 o nga ra o Hanuere, 1882.

ON consideration of the application of Enoka Te Aramoana and others in this behalf, dated the 8th day
of June, 1881, and received by me on the 18th of that month, I hereby, in pursuance of the authority
given to me by "The Native Land Court Act, 1880," order that the claim to the block of land called
Wairakei, in the district of Taupo, which was decided by the Native Land Court at Tapuaeharuru, on the
4th day of June last, shall be reheard by the said Court at Tapuaeharuru, Taupo, on the 21st day of
January, 1882.
