I, the undersigned, hereby make application to
register the Ness Side Gold-Mining Company
as a Limited Company under the provisions of "The
Mining Companies Act, 1872."

  1. The name of the Company is to be the Ness Side Gold-
    Mining Company (Limited).
  2. The place of operations is at the Tokatea Range, Coro-
    mandel.
  3. The registered office of the Company will be situated at
    Coromandel.
  4. The nominal capital of the Company is seven thousand
    five hundred pounds.
  5. The number of shares subscribed for is ten thousand,
    being not less than two-thirds of the entire number of shares in
    the Company.
  6. The number of shares paid up is nil.
  7. The amount already paid up is is nil.
  8. The name of the Manager is Edward Lister Green.
  9. The names, addresses, and occupations of the shareholders,
    and the number of shares held by each at this date, are as

mate, in the Colony of New Zealand, a
Solicitor of the Supreme Court of the said colony,
has been appointed by his Honor Mr. Justice John-
ston a Commissioner for taking acknowledgments of
married women in New Zealand.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately
subsisting between us, the undersigned GEORGE
HENRY SAXTON and FREDERICK WALTER WILLIAMS,
as Sheepfarmers, at Robinson's Bay, in the County
of Akaroa, under the firm of "Saxton and Williams,"
was on the 10th day of August last dissolved by
mutual consent, and that the business will in future
be carried on by George Henry Saxton, at his own
risk, in his own name, and for his sole benefit.
As witness our hands this 14th day of September,

PARTNERSHIP NOTICE.

THE Partnership heretofore subsisting between
the undersigned, trading together at West-
port as Merchants and Storekeepers, under the
style or firm of "Stitt Brothers," has this day been
dissolved by mutual consent. The business will in
future be carried on under the same name by Mr.
Alexander Stitt alone.

Mr. Alexander Stitt will collect all moneys due
to, and discharge all liabilities of, the late firm.
