NOTE.—Plans of the above lands may be seen, and
further particulars of the land, on application at this
office, and at the Survey Office, Tauranga.

Terms of Sale: One-fourth of purchase-money to
be paid at time of sale, and the balance within one
month thereafter, otherwise the part of the purchase-
money paid by way of deposit shall be forfeited, and
the contract for the sale of the land shall hence-
forward be null and void.

Crown-grant fee to be paid on completion of
purchase.

Lease of Hot Springs Reserve, Te Aroha.

I HEREBY notify that tenders will be received at
this office, until 12 o'clock noon, on Monday,
the 31st October next, for the lease, for a term of
fourteen years, of Section 16, Block IX, Te Aroha
Survey District, containing 20 acres, known as the
Hot Springs Reserve at Te Aroha.

Plans of the reserve, and conditions of lease and
tender, may be seen at this office and at the following
places, viz.: The Warden's Office, Thames; Mr.
O'Halloran's Hotel, Te Aroha; and at Mr. Missen's
Hotel, Waihou.

Tenders to be addressed, "The Commissioner of

will be offered for sale by public auction, at this
office, on Monday, the 31st day of October, 1881, at
the hour of 11 o'clock in the forenoon.
