HAVING considered the application of Te Manihera Maaka and others in this behalf, dated the 20th day
of June, 1881, and received by me on the 5th day of July, 1881, for the rehearing of a claim to
succeed to the interest of Haretaka Te Ohonga, in the block of land called Te Ahitainga No. 1, in the
District of Wairarapa, which was decided by the Native Land Court at Masterton, on the 27th day of May,
1881, I hereby, in pursuance of the authority given to me by "The Native Land Court Act, 1880," dismiss
the same.

takiwa o Wairarapa, he mea tuhituhi mai taua tono i te 20 o nga ra o Hune, 1881, i tae mai nei ki ahau i
te 5 o nga ra o Hurae, 1881, i whakawakia taua whenua e te Kooti Whenua Maori ki Mahitaone, i te 27
o nga ra o Mei, 1881, a i runga i te mana kua homai nei ki ahau e te "Ture Kooti Whenua Maori, 1880,"
ka whakakorea e ahau taua tono.
