NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE

WELLINGTON, SATURDAY, OCTOBER 15, 1881.

HAVING considered the application of Hori Tuhere and others in this behalf, dated the 29th day of
June, 1881, and received by me on the 12th day of July, 1881, for the rehearing of a claim to the block
of land called Tatarikirau, in the District of Poverty Bay, which was decided by the Native Land Court at
Uawa, on the 11th day of June, 1881, I hereby, in pursuance of the authority given to me by "The Native
Land Court Act, 1880," dismiss the same.

KUA ata whakaarohia e ahau te tono a Hori Tuhere me etahi atu, mo te whakawa tuarua o Tatarikirau
i te takiwa o Papati Pei, he mea tuhituhi mai taua tono i te 29 o nga ra o Hune, 1881, i tae mai nei
ki ahau i te 12 o nga ra o Hurae, 1881, i whakawakia taua whenua e te Kooti Whenua Maori ki Uawa, i te
11 o nga ra o Hune, 1881, a i runga i te mana kua homai nei ki ahau e te "Ture Kooti Whenua Maori,
1880," ka whakakorea e ahau taua tono.

June, 1881, and received by me on the 5th day of July, 1881, for the rehearing of a claim to the
block of land called Rangikohua No, 3, in the district of Poverty Bay, which was decided by the Native
Land Court at Uawa, on the 28th day of June, 1881, I hereby, in pursuance of the authority given to me
by "The Native Land Court Act, 1880," dismiss the same.

No. 3, i te takiwa o Papati Pei, he mea tuhituhi mai taua tono i te 30 o nga ra o Hune, 1881, i tae
mai nei ki ahau i te 5 o nga ra o Hurae, 1881, i whakawakia taua whenua e te Kooti Whenua Maori ki
Uawa, i te 28 o nga ra o Hune, 1881, a i runga i te mana kua homai nei ki ahau e te "Ture Kooti Whenua
Maori, 1880," ka whakakorea e ahau taua tono.
