No. 40 of Block XII., Cape Survey District, where
for a short distance it is about 150 links wide, ex-
tending from the south-east corner of Section No. 45
of Block XII., to the south-east corner of Section
No. 37 of same block, passing between Sections Nos.
52, 51, 50, 49, 48, 47, 46, and Sections Nos. 45, 41,
40, 39, 38, and 37 of said block, and known as the
Tipoka Road.

  1. All that road-line, of the uniform width of 100
    links, passing between Section No. 45 of Block I.,
    Opunake Survey District, and Section No. 53 of
    Block XII., Cape Survey District.

  2. All that road-line, of the uniform width of 100
    links, extending from the north-east corner of Section
    No. 41 of Block I., Opunake Survey District, to the
    southernmost corner of Section No. 63 of said block,
    and passing between Sections Nos. 41, 44, 70,
    and Sections Nos. 45, 46, 49, 50, 54, 55, 58, 61, 62,
    and 63 of said Block I.

  3. All that road-line, of the uniform width of 100
    links, passing between Sections Nos. 51 and 48 of
    Block I., Opunake Survey District.

  4. All that road-line, of the uniform width of 100
    links, extending from the north-east corner of Section
    No. 49 of Block I., Opunake Survey District, to the
    south-west corner of Section No. 67 of said block,
    and passing between Sections Nos. 49, 50, 1, 4, 7, 10,
    14, 22, 29, 32, 35, 38, 62, 64, and Sections Nos. 51,
    52, 53, 2, 5, 8, 11, 15, 16, 23, 24, 30, 33, 36, 39, 65,
    66 and 67 of said Block I.

  5. All that road-line, of the uniform width of 100
    links, extending from the south-east corner of Sec-
    tion No. 20 of Block I., Opunake Survey District
    (Village Settlement), to the sea, passing between
    Sections Nos. 20, 18, 17, 16, 14, 13, 57, 56, 55, 44,
    43, 42, 77, 76, 75, 74, and Sections Nos. 27, 26, 25,
    23, 22, 21, 60, 59, 58, 70, 69, 68, 80, 79, and 78 of
    said Block I., and known as the Kahui Road.

  6. All that road-line, of the uniform width of 100
    links, extending from the south-east corner of
    Section No. 67 of Block I., Opunake Survey District,
    to the south-west corner of Section No. 83 of said
    block, passing between Sections Nos. 67, 64, 63, 70,
    69, 68, 80, 82, and Sections Nos. 72, 71, 81, and
    83 of said block, and known as the Rahotu Road.

  7. All that road-line, of the uniform width of 100
    links, excepting at the south-eastern corner of
    Section No. 82 of Block I., Opunake Survey District,
    where for a short distance it is about 200 links wide,
    extending from the north-east corner of Section
    No. 90 of said block to the north-east corner of
    Section No. 88 of said block, and passing between
    Sections Nos. 83, 82, and Sections Nos. 90, 89 of
    said Block I.

  8. All that road-line, of the uniform width of 100
    links, extending from the south-east corner of
    Section No. 95 of Block I., Opunake Survey District,
    to the most southerly corner of Section No. 87 of said
    block, passing between Sections Nos. 95, 96, 92, 89,
    87 of said block, and Sections Nos. 8, 7, 6, 3,
    2 of Block V., said district, and known as the
    Manihi Road.

  9. All that road-line, of the uniform width of 100
    links, extending from the sea at the northern corner
    of Section No. 1, Block V., Opunake Survey District,
    to the Moutoti River, at the southern boundary of
    Section No. 4 of said block, passing between Sections
    Nos. 1 and 2, forming the boundary of and inter-
    secting Section No. 4 of said block.

  10. All that road-line, of the uniform width of 100
    links, passing between Sections Nos. 74 and 99 of
    Block I., Opunake Survey District.

  11. All that road-line, of the uniform width of
    100 links, extending from the Waiweranui River at
    the north-west corner of Section No. 8 of Block IV.,
    Cape Survey District, to the sea, at a point about
    6 chains south of the north-west corner of Section
    No. 46 of Block XII. of said district, forming the
    western boundary of Section No. 8 of Block IV.,
    intersecting Section No. 1 of Block VIII., and
    forming the western boundaries of Sections Nos. 2,
    66, 75, 77, 83, and 84 of Block VIII., and of Sections
    Nos. 1, 16, 24, 25, 26, 37, and 46, of Block XII.,
    Cape Survey District.

As all the several road-lines above described are
delineated on the plans in the District Survey Office,
New Plymouth.

As witness the hand of his Excellency the
Administrator of the Government, at
Wellington, this sixth day of October,
one thousand eight hundred and eighty-
one.
