voluntarily, in accordance with the provisions of
'The Joint-Stock Companies Act, 1860,' and the
amendments thereof," be confirmed.

And notice is further given that, at the said last-

PATENT for an Improved Method of Manu-
facturing Portland Cement, to be called "Atkin-
son's Patent Portland Cement."

DECIMUS ATKINSON, of New Plymouth, has de-
posited at this office a specification of the said in-
vention, and I have appointed Friday, the 25th day
of November next, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, at
this office, to hear the said application and all ob-
jections thereto; and I require all persons having an
interest in opposing the grant of such Letters Patent
to leave, on or before the 21st day of November next,
at this office, particulars in writing of their objections
to the said application, otherwise they will be precluded
from urging the same.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

WE, the undersigned, hereby dissolve the Partner-
ship subsisting between us as Farmers
and Graziers, as from the 1st day of July, 1881. All
accounts owing by the late firm will be paid by, and
all accounts owing to the firm will be paid to, Mr. J.
G. MURRAY, Greenpark. All persons having claims
against the firm are requested to send in the same on
or before the 7th day of September, 1881.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership
hitherto carried on by WILLIAM JONES and
CHARLES DUGGAN, under the name of William Jones
and Co., Plumbers, Painters, &c., Cashel Street,
Christchurch, has been dissolved, by effluxion of
time, from the 30th day of June, 1881; and that the
said Charles Duggan will pay and receive all accounts
due to the late firm.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership
which subsisted between us, the undersigned,
HENRY WILLIAM NOTT and CHARLES BAKER, in the
business of Boot and Shoe Manufacturers and Im-
porters, under the style of "Loft and Co.," was
dissolved by mutual consent on the 23rd day of July
last.

All debts due to the said partnership and all its
liabilities will be respectively received and borne by
the said Henry William Nott, who will continue to
carry on the said business on his own account, under
the style of Loft and Co. aforesaid.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership
heretofore subsisting between CHARLES HOLME
STUART and THOMAS CHARLES KIERNAN, as Sheep-
farmers, at Tutira, in the Provincial District of
Hawke's Bay, under the style of "Stuart and Kier-
nan," has been this day dissolved by mutual consent.
All liabilities of the said firm will be discharged by
the said C. H. Stuart, to whom all debts must be
paid.

THE Wallace County Council hereby declares the
road described in Schedule hereto to be a
County Road.

THE road in Wairio Survey District, commencing at
bridge over Opio Stream, west of Section 46 of said
district, and extending in a westerly direction
through Section 125, thence north and west of
Section 131, thence north and west of Section 21,
all of Wairio Survey District, to the Wairio Town-
ship.
