by give notice that a General Meeting of Share-
holders of the West Coast Gold-Mining Company
(Limited) will be held at the Liquidator's Office,
Grahamstown, on Monday, the 12th September,
1881, at half-past 7 o'clock p.m.

Business: To confirm the minutes of extraordinary
meeting of Shareholders, held on the 9th August, 1881;
to receive Auditor's report; and to pass a resolution
that the affairs of the Company have been fairly
wound up.
