Description of the Land. This land is situate on
the sea-coast, south of Cape Egmont, twenty-five to
thirty miles south of New Plymouth, and six to
ten miles north of Opunake. A good metalled road,
being part of the main coast-line from Hawera to
New Plymouth, forms the eastern boundary of the
block. There is regular coach communication along
this line. The land is level and open, well watered,
and fertile.
Terms of Sale: One-fourth of the purchase-money
to be paid at the sale, and the balance to a Receiver
of Land Revenue at Patea or New Plymouth,
within one calendar month from date of sale, other-
wise the deposit will be forfeited, and the con-
tract for the sale of the land thenceforth be null and
void. Crown-grant fee to be paid on completion of
the purchase.
Land Transfer Act Notices.
TRANSMISSION, No. 107.-RICHARD FITCH,
of Melbourne, Jeweller, claiming as Heir-at-law
of ALLAN FITCH, late of the City of London, Draper,
deceased, intestate, has applied to be registered as
Proprietor of Section 32, Block XXIII., Town of
Clyde, Register, Vol. xxviii., folio 240. Applicant will
be registered accordingly, unless caveat be lodged in
this office within one calendar month after the date
of the Gazette containing this notice.
