land named in the second column, situate in the districts named in the third column.

HAVING considered the application of Hohaia Te Hoata and others in this behalf, dated the 11th day
of April, 1881, and received by me on the 30th day of April, 1881, for the rehearing of a claim to the
block of land called Umupapamaro, in the District of Taupo, which was decided by the Native Land Court
at Tapuaeharuru, on the 11th day of April, 1881, I hereby, in pursuance of the authority given to me by
"The Native Land Court Act, 1880," dismiss the same.
